1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Neon Alpha ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Neon Alpha provides X/Twitter monitoring and alert services. We monitor public X/Twitter accounts and keywords on your behalf and deliver alerts via Telegram. The Service includes a web dashboard and browser extension.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. X/Twitter Credentials

Our browser extension requires access to your X/Twitter session tokens to provide the monitoring service. By using the extension, you acknowledge that:

  • You are providing your X/Twitter credentials voluntarily
  • You are responsible for maintaining your X/Twitter account in good standing
  • We are not affiliated with X/Twitter and act as an independent service
  • X/Twitter may change their platform in ways that affect our Service

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

Free Tier

The free tier includes limited monitoring capabilities (3 account monitors, 1 keyword search) and is provided at no cost with no commitment.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro, Elite Alpha) are billed monthly. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide valid payment information via our payment processor (Stripe)
  • Authorize recurring monthly charges until cancelled
  • Accept that prices may change with 30 days notice

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, but you may contact us for refund requests within 7 days of initial subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Violate X/Twitter's Terms of Service
  • Harass, stalk, or harm other individuals
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Neon Alpha and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEON ALPHA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neon Alpha from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
